Chef William Davis is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. His 28 years of experience comes from traveling throughout the country working in various culinary operations. His passion for healthy dining and nutrition led him to achieve his Bachelor's degree in Holistic Nutrition in 2017. "Let me show you how to bring out the most flavor and nutrition using whole foods and clean ingredients through the holistic and vegan diet." -

What can you expect from my class:
I offer a mid paced class with some focused anatomical exploration working towards building balance, grounding, and connected breathwork. Classes will build from a consistent vinyasa foundation but also offer opportunities to explore some more challenging poses.

JJ has been practicing yoga for over 20 years. She completed her 200 Yoga Teacher Training at Cleveland Yoga in 2023.
What can you expect from my class:
JJ strives to create a warm, welcoming and relaxing space. Expect a moderately intense flow paced to allow you to work on your alignment. She's frequently told that she has a soothing voice, which makes her happy.

Paul Zegarac

Qigong Meditation Instructor
Training and experience:8.5 years of exploring various types of breathing, body, mind and spirit practices alongside healthy lifestyle changes and philosophies. I have dove deeper into Qigong the past 4.5 years and have been under the guidance of various masters to this day. Everything I share has personally been in my life for quite some time and personally has improved every single aspect of my life, which is why I am dedicated to sharing these practices the rest of my life. I have a daily practice every morning and night and am grateful they have made their way into my day-to-day living experience as well.
What you can expect from my class:
Develop a heightened awareness of the breath, body, mind and spirit. Detect where there are energetic blockages within life and release them to live life more comfortably. I keep things very simple with mixtures of stillness and movement primarily rooted in Chinese Medicine.

I am told I am a Libra. I personally don’t know too much about this area but am open to it!

My favorite color is forest green. Anything you can find walking through nature. I can vibe with any colors tho!

What can you expect from my class:After experiencing color immersion yoga you can expect to feel relieved, stress free, and well balanced between body, mind and spirit. The class is meant to be fun and expressive.

Paul Beckwith

A former First Team All-American ice hockey player, Paul uses meditation, imagination, metaphor, humor and Taoist philosophy to potentiate empowerment in the classroom. Paul regularly hosts yoga workshops, retreats and training programs in the U.S. and internationally. He would not be where he is today without the guidance and attention of his teachers and mentors Nevine Michaan, Dages Juvelier Keates and Michael Torrant.
What can you expect from my class: My goal in teaching is to empower students to manipulate their time and space. Finding time in their breath, space in their body, leading to empowerment in their minds.
