With over 8,300 square feet of unique spaces designed for relaxation, creativity, and community, Pop Life offers a variety of rental options for wellness professionals, event hosts, and corporate groups. Explore our spaces below to find the perfect setting for your next class, workshop, meeting, or special event.

Event Hosting at Pop Life

As a community-centered wellness space, Pop Life values collaboration and is dedicated to providing an inclusive and respectful environment. However, as an independently funded business with no external grants or public funding, we must prioritize sustainability. Due to frequent requests for free or low-cost events, we kindly ask that all proposals reflect the value of our time, resources, and mission. We are open to discussing mutually beneficial partnerships that support both our needs and yours.

We welcome groups of all backgrounds and beliefs and maintain a non-denominational and inclusive policy. While we reserve the right to decline rentals that do not align with our standards of respect and integrity, we do not place judgment or restriction on groups based on political, religious, or personal beliefs. Thank you for understanding and supporting our commitment to a respectful and vibrant community space.

Rental Rates + Room Information

  • Large Studio Space

    Capacity: Fits up to 30 mats

    Features: Spacious, open layout suitable for yoga, fitness classes, corporate events, and workshops

    Rental Rates:

    • Hourly: $60/hour

    • Half-Day (4 hours): $220

    • Full-Day (8 hours): $400

  • Capacity: Fits up to 10 mats

    Features: Infrared heating and color immersion, perfect for specialized wellness sessions, intimate classes, or one-on-one practices

    Rental Rates:

    • Hourly: $75/hour

    • Half-Day (4 hours): $280

    • Full-Day (8 hours): $500

  • Features: Includes a one-person sauna with color therapy and a private shower, suitable for massage therapy, healing sessions, or personal recovery treatments

    Rental Rates:

    • Hourly: $35/hour

    • Add-On (Sauna): $30 per 30-minute session

    • Private Shower: $10 per person

  • Ideal For:

    Pop-Up Shops

    Rental Rates:

    • Negotiable Monthly Rate

    • $50/hr

  • Capacity: Configurable for small gatherings, business meetings, or community events

    Features: Furnished with tables and chairs, ideal for seated gatherings, presentations, or informal meet-ups

    Rental Rates:

    • Hourly: $50/hour

    • Half-Day (4 hours): $180

    • Full-Day (8 hours): $300

    *Not inclusive of back kitchen nor front cafe kitchen

  • Ideal For:

    Outdoor markets, music and other events.

    Rental Rates:

    $100 - $300 per day.

Top-Tier Manduka Mats, Blankets, Blocks, and Straps: $3 per person/session

Personal Sauna with Color Therapy: $30 per 30-minute session (available in the Private Healing Room)

Private Shower Access: $10 per person

Cleaning Fees

To ensure a clean and comfortable space for all guests, we include the following fees with each rental:

Standard Cleaning Fee:

$10 - 25 per rental (depending on space)

Event Deep Cleaning

(for rentals over 4 hours): $50.

Specialty Packages

Guidelines

Booking and Payment:

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The balance is due 14 days before the event date or as agreed upon in writing. Cancellations within 48 hours prior to the event will incur a 20% cancellation fee.

Event Approval:

Due to demand, Pop Life has a strict application review policy. Events must align with Pop Life's ethos of wellness, creativity, and community. Pop Life reserves the right to refuse events that do not fit our brand values.

Liability and Insurance:

Pop Life reserves the right to require proof of liability insurance covering any damages or injuries that may occur during the event.

Setup and Cleanup:

Organizers are responsible for the setup and cleanup of the space. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the space is not returned to its original condition.

Noise and Conduct:

Events must adhere to local noise ordinances. Respectful conduct towards Pop Life staff and patrons is expected at all times.

Alcohol and Food:

Any serving of alcohol must comply with local licensing laws. Catering is available through Pop Life’s 100% vegan cafe, Nourish Wellness Cafe. No external food or catering services are allowed.

Decorations:

Decorations are permitted with prior approval. Nothing may be nailed, screwed, or affixed permanently to any part of the premises.

Equipment Rental:

Equipment such as mats, projectors, and sound systems are available for rent. Please specify your needs in the application form.

Marketing and Promotion:

Use of the Pop Life brand in promotional materials must be approved in advance. We reserve the right to use photos from public events for marketing purposes.

Accessibility:

Our downstairs space is wheelchair accessible. Please inform us of any additional accessibility needs.
