Get ready to power up and move with our special Thanksgiving Bootcamp! Join us for a 60-minute class that combines high-energy cardio and strength-focused weight training, designed to give you an intense, well-rounded workout.
Pricing Options:
$15 Package: Join us for a butt-kicking full body cardio and weight class!
$21 Package: Includes the class and discounted post-workout special smoothie. All of the fall flavor, none of the junk!
Itinerary:
10:00 AM – Check-In
Meet at the studio and start warming up. For those who bought the smoothie, you can pick up directly after class.
10:10 AM – Cardio Segment (30 minutes)
Get your heart pumping with a variety of cardio exercises, including HIIT-inspired drills, plyometrics, and agility moves. This segment is designed to build endurance and burn calories fast!
10:40 AM – Weights Segment (30 minutes)
Shift gears into strength training with weights-focused exercises targeting major muscle groups. Expect squats, lunges, rows, and presses, all at a pace to keep you sweating and strong!
11:10 AM – Cool Down & Stretch (5-10 minutes)
Wind down with a guided cool-down session and stretching to help relax the muscles and promote recovery.
11:20 AM – Post-Class Smoothies & Social
For those who added the smoothie option, enjoy a refreshing, nutrient-rich treat right after the class to refuel. Stick around for a few minutes to chat with other bootcampers and give thanks that you're done and looking swole.
